This course offers a comparative perspective on crime and on the practice of criminal justice. The
role of increased globalization in transnational crime and justice are explored, including trafficking in
persons, narcoterrorism, cybercrime and cyber scams, the relationships between international terrorist
organizations and the functioning and organization of international crime fighting agencies.
