Provides a thorough examination of theories and methods of teaching, learning and motivation for
adult learners in education and in the workplace. Students will analyze teaching and learning models, apply
learning and motivation theories to instruction, develop learning solutions for adults, use specific
analysis tools and discuss various issues that will influence adult learning in the future.
