This course is designed to provide individuals with the knowledge, skills and strategies involved
to conduct or participate in an evaluation in their schools, organizations and/or communities. Evaluations
serve the interest of many people, who want to ensure their schools, corporations, nonprofit organizations
and governments are held accountable. The focus of this course introduces the different approaches and
methods for conducting an evaluation. This course covers methodologies used in evaluations to ensure
accountability by measuring performance and outcomes to assess an organization's needs to enhance learning.
