This course addresses the risks, threats and vulnerabilities for web-based applications. This
course presents security strategies that enable a secure operation of web applications by identifying and
mitigating the risk associated with web-enabled applications. Topics include a review of the evolutionary
changes that have occurred in web application technologies and cyberattacks, vulnerabilities associated with
web-enabled applications and server/client controls.
